Qualified candidates hold a life sciences degree with 2+ years of clinical research experience; certifications (SOCRA/ACRP) are encouraged. NIH training annually and IATA every two years are required or expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in life sciences or health sciences.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical research experience.
• Certifications such as SOCRA or ACRP are encouraged and continuing education is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with study start-up, regulatory submissions, and IRB communications.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll patients per protocol.
• Coordinate study visits, procedures, and specimen handling.
• Maintain accurate source documents and data queries; support sponsor monitoring and audits.
• Support department operations, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
