Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a detail‑oriented Research Coordinator to oversee complex oncology trial protocols at Hollings Cancer Center. You will coordinate patient enrollment, data capture, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely CTMS/EPIC entries and accurate study documentation.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and sponsors to support high-quality CTO services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of relevant program experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating oncology trials; familiarity with NCI/industry-sponsored studies is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP).
• Proficiency with EPIC, CTMS, and data entry in clinical trials databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, establish, and supervise complex oncology research protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into CTMS/EPIC and other trial systems.
• Assist investigators in patient screening, enrollment, and follow-up per protocol.
• Maintain protocol compliance and assist with adverse event reporting and safety oversight.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure high-quality CTO services.
