• Ability to manage multiple projects independently using various databases and management systems.
• Discretion in handling confidential information; proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support day-to-day clinical trial operations per protocols and timelines.
• Review, format, and finalize study templates, logs, plans, and manuals; train personnel.
• Assist in data entry into multiple databases and ensure data quality.
• Maintain data quality; ensure timely data submission and progress reporting.
• Manage imaging vendors; track invoices and sample delivery/recovery.
• Plan, organize, and distribute study updates; assist in site management and monitoring.
