Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Oncology Clinical Researcher for an AI training program. This fully remote, hourly contract role invites you to design trial frameworks, oversee enrollment strategies, and ensure regulatory standards are met for AI training workflows.

You will analyze cancer trial data, evaluate safety endpoints and biomarkers, and translate findings into regulatory-ready outputs compatible with FDA/EMA guidance. Collaboration is asynchronous and global.

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world clinical rigor into cutting-edge AI development. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams to ensure that oncology data, trial methodologies, and clinical insights used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems meet the highest scientific, regulatory, and clinical standards.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced oncology professionals who want to contribute to something genuinely transformative — on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial frameworks — including study protocols, patient enrollment strategies, and regulatory compliance standards — for use in AI training and evaluation workflows

Who You Are

• Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials — from protocol development through data readout
• Strong analytical background in oncology clinical data, including primary and secondary endpoints, safety monitoring, and biomarker analysis
• Familiar with regulatory submission standards and documentation requirements for major agencies such as the FDA or EMA
• Detail-oriented and systematic — you hold clinical outputs to a high standard
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation systems
• Background in translational oncology or clinical pharmacology
• Experience contributing to scientific publications or regulatory dossiers
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical informatics platforms
