Job summary

Texas Oncology in Bedford is seeking a Full-time Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to support oncology trials. This role offers weekdays 8:30am-5pm with no weekends, call, or major holidays, and can be Level 1, 2, or Sr based on experience.

You will work closely with physicians to screen patients, obtain informed consent, monitor participants for adverse events, educate staff and patients on investigational products, and ensure trial data integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in state of practice.
• Current BLCS or ACLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• OCN, CCRP, or CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential patients for clinical trial participation with physicians.
• Present trial concepts and obtain informed consent from oncology patients.
• Assess and monitor patients for adverse events and changes in condition.
• Provide staff and patient education on investigational products and trial procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and data entry for trials.
• Serve as a liaison between clinic departments to ensure proper trial conduct.
