Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager II – Oncology for a fully remote US-based position.

You will lead global oncology trials, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to deliver studies on time and in compliance. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Clinical Project Management in oncology, with experience across multiple countries and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology trials.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions (NA, Europe, APAC, LATAM).
• Vendor management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Phase I–IV oncology studies.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in global, matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials with cross-functional teams.
• Manage day-to-day study management across startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Oversee vendors, CROs, labs, imaging, and specialty providers.
• Coordinate study team meetings and action item follow-up.
• Support study planning, forecasting, and operational strategy execution.
• Monitor study performance metrics and intervene as needed.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety, and Supply Chain.
