Qualifications

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D. required.
• PGY2 residency and/or equivalent clinical experience required.
• Hematology/oncology training and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care for inpatient hematology/oncology services.
• Assist in managing narrow therapeutic drugs and provide education.
• Communicate with clinical pharmacists to ensure continuity of care.
