Job summary

Cooper University Health Care seeks an Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to deliver expert pharmacotherapy for oncology patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and lead educational activities. You will implement NCCN-guideline-based treatments, monitor therapy, and optimize drug use within the hospital oncology service.

The role requires a PharmD with NJ licensure and PGY2 Oncology, with board eligibility within 2 years.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and New Jersey license to practice.
• Post PGY2 Oncology completed; board certification or eligible within 2 years.
• Oncology-focused clinical pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services for oncology patients.
• Counsel patients and monitor chemotherapy therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and NCCN guidelines.
• Navigate drug shortages and manage formulary considerations.
• Lead in-services and participate in oncology committees.
