Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a physician leader to join as Associate Director/Director, Clinical Development, guiding medical oversight for our oncology program portfolio.

You will design studies, monitor patient safety, review emerging data, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Translational Sciences to shape the clinical development strategy. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent required or equivalent.
• Board certification in medical oncology or hematology preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical development and Phase 1–3 oncology trials in biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical monitoring oversight for oncology trials, reviewing safety events and protocol deviations.
• Serve as primary medical contact for investigators, sites, CROs, and internal teams.
• Support safety monitoring, pharmacovigilance, and review of adverse events and regulatory safety signals.
• Design and implement clinical development plans across indications with cross-functional input.
• Author clinical trial documents and regulatory submissions (protocols, INDs/CTAs, Investigator Brochures).
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, PM, Manufacturing and BD to meet timelines and milestones.
• Integrate biomarkers and pharmacodynamic endpoints into study designs.
• Maintain relationships with KOLs and PIs and external stakeholders.
• Review and communicate trial data to internal and external audiences.
• Lead or contribute to publication efforts and external meetings.
