Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock is seeking an Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and coordinate comprehensive care using advanced technology.

Responsibilities include performing screenings, risk assessments, vital sign measurements, and educating patients and families. Requires AR RN licensure and CPR/BLS within 30 days; on-site in Arkansas as part of a regional health network delivering care since 1888.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school required.
• AR RN license required upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
