Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant to keep the day running smoothly for patients and the clinical team. You will proactively prepare patient charts and ensure all information is up-to-date for those seen in our facility.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification by the Washington State Nursing Commission.
• Current healthcare provider BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day clinic operations by proactively preparing patient charts and ensuring all information is up-to-date for those seen in our facility.
• Support physicians and clinical staff to manage multiple patients daily with empathy, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality care.
