Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in medical field with billing/collections experience.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, reimbursement, EOBs, CPT/ICD coding.
• Experience with EMR systems and Centricity PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance claims for resolution and timely payment.
• Research and respond to inquiries, denials, and open balances.
• Communicate with patients and providers to resolve insurance issues.
