Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL, seeks an Oncology Technician to assist with daily living activities and basic nursing care for the oncology population. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and adhere to all applicable regulations and policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and Basic Life Support certification; CNA is preferred or may be waived for students actively enrolled in nursing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic familiarity with nursing procedures and medical terminology.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking abilities.
• Must submit nursing transcripts to department manager twice yearly (for students in nursing program).
