Qualifications

• Lead development and implementation of complex care plans with defined goals with the interprofessional team.
• Promote evidence-based practice; participate in journal clubs and disseminate new knowledge.
• Evaluate patient and family experience and adjust care to improve satisfaction and quality.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring consistent alertness and safe performance.
