The Care Coordination Ambulatory Social Work Team Lead at Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center in Richmond, VA leads a multidisciplinary team of social workers and MSW staff across outpatient clinics. The role provides clinical guidance, supports complex cases, and aligns social work practice with oncologic care standards.

The position requires Virginia RN licensure or eligibility and an MSW, with five years of clinical experience and prior leadership.

Competenze

• RN licensure in Virginia (or eligible).
• MSW from CSWE-accredited program or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to RN Care Coordinators and Social Workers.
