Qualificações

• Minimum three years experience in a medical business office setting.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review daily pre-certification work queues.
• Identify and resolve claim edits and billing discrepancies.
• Serve as liaison between the practice and HQ Billing Department.
• Manage Charge Posting Hold Bucket issues.
• Verify referrals and manage Referral Hold Buckets.
• Provide billing resource for patients.
