Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Foley Cancer Center in Rutland, Vermont. The role provides comprehensive oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, ED and telehealth settings in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with no weeknight calls and one weekend per month on-call. Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation and loan assistance, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in nursing, Vermont nursing license, ANCC certification.
• PA: AMA-approved PA program, Vermont medical license, NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 2 years oncology or related specialty experience preferred.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oncology patient care under collaborative physician partnership.
• Obtain detailed medical histories and perform focused physical examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage oncology-related conditions and treatment side effects.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory findings.
• Develop and implement treatment and symptom management plans.
• Provide patient and family-centered education and counseling.
• Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
