UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Johnstown, PA, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our Oncology team in an outpatient setting. Hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, with occasional on-call and weekends, and potential future travel to Ebensburg, PA.

The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care across the continuum, requiring PA/CRNP licensure in PA, NCCPA certification, and a BSN (MSN preferred).

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with PA or NP licensure in PA.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania and national PA or NP certification.
• BSN required; MSN preferred for advanced practice.
• ARC-PA-accredited PA program completion for PAs.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork in oncology care.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient oncology setting with collaboration.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement and uphold professional standards.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate patient care and clinical decision-making.
