MetroHealth is seeking an RN for the Acute Care Adult Medical Oncology Unit (3 East) at the Main Campus in Cleveland area. The unit cares for inpatient oncology patients with 30 beds and cross-training for Bone Marrow Transplant.

Responsibilities include IV meds, transfusions, pain management, and palliative care. Prerequisites include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Ohio RN license, BLS, and 1 year RN experience for PRN; additional certifications upon hire are required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire

Mansioni

• Administer IV medications and transfusions as ordered
• Manage pain and participate in hospice/palliative care for oncology patients
• Provide high-standard inpatient oncology nursing care on a 30-bed unit
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, and Providers to ensure smooth patient flow
