Your role includes handling denials and appeals, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining ongoing communication with payers and providers to support revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with oncology prior authorizations and payer portals.
• Ability to verify insurance benefits and coverage limits.
• Knowledge of HCPCS/J-codes, CPT codes, and treatment documentation.
• Experience with denials, appeals, and follow-up processes.
• Strong coordination with clinical staff and providers.
• Detail-oriented with accurate authorization tracking.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage prior authorizations for oncology therapies.
• Submit requests through insurance portals and payer communications.
