Qualifications
- Experience in clinical trials research with a proven record opening and overseeing phase I trials.
- Beneficial connections with pharmaceutical industry partners.
- Physician leader capable of program and team development across disciplines.
- Subspecialty expertise for oncologists: Breast, GI, Lung, Head & Neck, Neuro/CNS, Melanoma, Sarcoma; hematologists see malignant and benign hematology.
Responsibilities
- Split time between direct patient care and building the early phase trials program.
- Lead academic medicine activities in a community setting with structured tumor boards.
- Maintain relationships with industry and sponsors to advance trials.
- Support services and scholarly activities to enhance quality of life and efficiency.
