Job summary
CommonSpirit Health's CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group seeks an Oncologist to expand a Kentucky oncology program with a focus on Lexington and Berea. You will deliver high-quality, cost-effective cancer care using advanced therapies and EPIC EMR, supported by APPs and strong surgical partnerships.
You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with limited phone call, maintaining patient-centered care and collaborating across a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology.
- Active Medical License in Kentucky, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA certificate.
- Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology.
Responsibilities
- Join a team expanding a comprehensive oncology program across Kentucky, focusing on Lexington and Berea.
- Provide high-quality, accessible oncology care with advanced technology and therapies.
- Care for an existing patient panel with APP support and enterprise-level EMR.
- Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with limited on-call duties.
