This full-time role requires 4-10 years of experience in hedge fund operations and strong technical skills, especially with OMS/EMS platforms. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of trading technology and proven experience in fund launches. The position is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in hedge fund operations, trading technology, fund launches and client onboarding.
• Deep understanding of OMS/EMS platforms, FIX protocols and broker-dealer connectivity.
• Prior experience with launching or operating funds with multi-prime and multi-asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front-to-back office implementation and onboarding of large clients.
• Ensure a seamless, compliant and scalable launch for new funds and capital raising.
