Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience required.
• Experience with chart of accounts setup and conversions.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding processes and recommend improvements to chart of accounts and system setup.
• Work across industries to apply accounting best practices.
• Learn client business drivers, strategy, risk areas and accounting concerns.
• Utilize accounting systems to support onboarding (QBO, QBD, Xero) and AR/AP platforms (Bill.com, Ramp).
• Maintain accurate and timely task execution under deadlines.
