Job summary

Citi is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in Buenos Aires to support onboarding and client data classification across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data due diligence, and help optimize data processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese optional) and attention to detail are essential to succeed and to communicate effectively with internal partners and Citi clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quick and seamless onboarding and account setup for clients.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence using Citi onboarding tools.
• Compile client profiles and document searches across internal/external sources.
• Collaborate with Account Opening, Tax, Legal, and product teams to streamline processing.
