Job summary

Crew Life At Sea Ltd. is seeking a Nurse Staff for international placement onboard a cruise ship. You will deliver medical care to guests and crew, support shipboard health protocols, and help run the onboard medical center.

Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree, ACLS/BLS, and at least three years of post-graduate experience in ER/ICU or acute care. English proficiency and the ability to adapt to shipboard life are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
RN licensure with active status.
ACLS and BLS certifications required; additional critical care training preferred.
Proficiency in English and shipboard communication.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to guests and crew, including routine and emergency services.
Assist the ship's doctor with patient care, triage, and minor procedures.
Operate and maintain medical equipment and life-support tools.
Maintain medical documentation, illness reports, medication logs, and outbreak records.
Assist in inventory management and disposal of expired medications.
Provide first aid and health training to crew members as required.
Support emergencies, drills, and evacuations as part of the medical team.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
