Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. seeks a senior project leader to manage complex EDMS migrations (OnBase) across a multi-vendor ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive critical path schedules, and supervise cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines.

You will coordinate with state clients, ecosystem vendors, and internal leadership to plan, prioritize, and deliver system changes while maintaining governance, quality, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Deep experience leading OnBase or other EDMS migration projects.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS delivery model.
• Demonstrated mastery of end-to-end SDLC execution.
• Proficient in ADO Project Management, including Agile Planning with Azure Boards.
• Experience delivering Medicaid/MMIS or other public sector healthcare systems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain critical path schedules and manage teams to those schedules.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and on budget in client-facing environments.
• Experience managing work within client/vendor delivery models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to meet dates; identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Apply stage gate governance with readiness reviews and quality checks.
• Enforce change control including scope, schedule and cost impacts.
• Own RAID logs; articulate risks and issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate delivery across workstreams, vendors and functional teams.
• Plan and deliver system changes with state clients, ecosystem vendors, and internal leaders.
• Provide clear, accurate, and transparent status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Assign resources, mentor team members, and act as escalation point for delivery challenges.
• Monitor delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, budgets, and regulatory timelines.
• Support capacity planning and workload balancing across projects and defects.
• Collaborate with peers to align resources and priorities across the program.

Job description

• Lead multiple complex EDMS (OnBase) projects across a multi-vendor ecosystem, from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain integrated, logic driven project schedules using Microsoft Project or ADO Project Management tools including critical path analysis, sprint management, and baseline control.
• Communicate with the company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed
• Actively manage project teams to meet committed dates; identify schedule risk early and drive corrective action.
• Apply formal stage gate governance, ensuring entry/exit criteria, readiness reviews, approvals, and quality checks are completed before advancing phases.
• Enforce disciplined change control, including scope, schedule, and cost impacts, with documented approvals.
• Own and actively manage RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are clearly articulated, mitigated, and escalated when appropriate.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and functional teams.
• Partner directly with state clients, ecosystem vendors, and internal leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver system changes.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for project status providing clear, accurate, and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Assign and manage resources; mentor team members; and act as an escalation point for delivery challenges.
• Monitor delivery performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, budgets, and regulatory timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
