Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Skills: Navigates Field Service Interactions, Policy & Procedures, Masters Service Conversations, Service Into Sales, Verbal Communication

Responsibilities

• Abide by safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
• Assist in verification of outgoing/incoming product for accuracy (size, amount, type).
• Collect payments from customers in monetary form acceptable to Company.
• Efficiently unload cargo and stage products at customer's location.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is available and accompanies shipments.
• Maintain professional representation of the Company in customer interactions.
• Maintain records for compliance (driver logs, fuel, mileage, etc.).
• Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift pallet jacks, etc.).
• Ensure timely transportation of product from origin to destination.
