Job summary

Command Investigations, LLC is seeking Surveillance Investigators to join a dynamic team. Ideal candidates have investigative experience, integrity, and independence for fast-paced field work across the U.S.

Pay ranges from $27 to $32 per hour, with overtime, weekends, and overnight shifts common. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid travel time, and performance bonuses. Must be willing to travel and start as early as 3:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 1+ years (minimum 2,000 hours) of demonstrated Private Investigator experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Must carry personal auto insurance with liability limits of 100k/300k/100k
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveillance investigations by observing, tracking, and documenting subjects’ activities
• Capture detailed video evidence and prepare comprehensive client reports
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance with discretion
• Develop pre-surveillance planning tailored to location and case
• Record and document findings through video and written reports
• Submit reports and video evidence within required timeframes
• Communicate with team leaders regarding positions and strategy
• Utilize surveillance equipment and investigative software
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical requirements
