POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to provide and coordinate On-The-Job Training to employees in the operation of plant and/or department equipment, Standard Work Instructions, and to assist in the developing and delivery of other training, i.e. orientation, quality assurance, safety, problem solving, and continuous improvement training.
Shift:
5:30am - 2:00pm but could work some days until 4:00pm Monday-Friday and some Saturday's depending on business need.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $27.50 per hour. EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED:- High school diploma and applicable technical knowledge required. Mechanical or trade school a plus.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:- Knowledge of adult education and learning techniques.- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding compliance training requirements.- Ability to multi-task, deal with employees with diverse background and good problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.- Basic math skills.- Presentation skills and strong documentation practices- Customer service capabilities.- Intermediate typing skills.- Ability to work indoors in normal office setting and/or processing floor for duration of shift.- Ability to answer phones and receive pertinent information.#firstinfood
