Law Firm in Greenville, SC seeks a Real Estate Closing Attorney to handle residential and commercial closings, both in our office and at off-site locations. You will meet clients, explain documents, and coordinate closing logistics with paralegals and staff.

The role offers full training, a flexible fast-paced environment, and opportunities for bonuses. A JD and active SC bar admission are required, plus the ability to travel to closings and become a Notary Public.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate closings (residential and commercial).
• Meet clients at offices, homes, or other locations to complete closings.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for closing appointments.
• Review and explain closing documents to clients to ensure understanding.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure accuracy and timely returns.
• Foster relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and others involved.
