Job summary

Avid Storage is seeking an Associate Property Manager to support daily operations across locations in Lakeway and Austin, TX. You will drive sales, manage occupancies, handle delinquencies, and maintain a clean, welcoming property.

This role emphasizes service-minded teamwork and flexible coverage at multiple sites. Applicants should have a High School diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to multi-task, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at multiple locations as directed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations at one or more self-storage facilities and drive sales and occupancy.
• Manage delinquencies and ensure a clean, safe property with well-kept units and organized offices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and process payments, insurance, and retail sales.
• Build relationships with customers in transitional life moments and help them during moves or losses.
