Clean Harbors in St Paul, MN is seeking a Site Technician to support the CleanPack and Treatment and Disposal business on customer sites. You will perform safe waste packaging, operate forklifts, and help maintain compliance and safety.

This role emphasizes health and safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork. Valid driver's license preferred; you will undergo background checks and physicals; competitive pay around $23+/hour, plus overtime and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions across multiple tasks.
• Ability to interface with customers on site.
• Perform physical functions required by the role.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety in all tasks and ensure safe work practices.
• Package waste properly to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Keep work area neat and orderly at all times.
• Participate in spill response on customers' sites as needed.
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings.
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Operate forklift safely and load/unload waste hauling vehicles.
• Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling when required.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and corporate guidelines.
