Job summary

Trane Technologies in Orlando is seeking a Warehouse Leader to foster a one-team culture, oversee safe and efficient warehouse operations, and ensure accurate receipt, staging, storage, transfer, and delivery of HVAC equipment.

You will supervise warehouse and delivery staff, coordinate with customers and transport partners, and drive continuous improvement to meet daily metrics and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience with two or more employees preferred.
• Forklift experience required; Certification is preferred.
• Strong computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Results driven with teamwork and high energy, able to adapt to challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises warehouse and delivery personnel.
• Primary contact for warehousing, customer service, and local transportation issues.
• Lead operations to meet performance scorecard metrics and drive business results.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and district leadership to align goals and performance.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, locate and select material, and manage inventory transactions.
• Work with freight companies to schedule times and routes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine audits.
• Ensure pallet stability, safe handling, and proper housekeeping across the warehouse.
