Job summary

Infinity Communications is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Kent, WA. This on-site, full-time role involves receiving, inspecting, organizing, and tracking parts and equipment, and supporting inventory accuracy and shipping activities.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks after training, drive company vehicles as needed, and help prepare equipment for deployment. Candidates should have warehouse-related experience and a valid driver’s license, plus basic computer skills and teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or similar operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; regular driving of company vehicles is essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions; ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and track parts, supplies, generators, trailers, and equipment; report shortages or damage.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials; maintain inventory records in NetSuite or similar system; assist with counts.
• Load and unload deliveries; operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment after training.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials between warehouses, vendors, locations, and field sites.
• Help prepare equipment for deployment through basic inspections and maintenance.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized and safe; follow safety procedures.
