Job summary

IES Residential Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Corpus Christi, TX to join our team. You will support warehouse operations, inventory, and material handling in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with 0–2 years of warehouse experience, able to work independently or as part of a team, and committed to safety and quality customer service.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or operational experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support warehouse personnel by preparing materials and supplies for operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and operational teams regarding warehouse requirements and inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
