Job summary

Inotiv, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, early-career Anatomic Pathologist to join our Kalamazoo, Michigan team on-site.

You will interpret slides from multiple species and write integrated pathology reports while collaborating with a broad, multi-disciplinary group to ensure on-time, high-quality services to clients. The role requires DVM and veterinary pathology board certification (ACVP or ECVP), with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• DV et degree required.
• Board certification in veterinary pathology (ACVP or ECVP) required.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within a validated system.

Responsibilities

• Perform microscopic examinations on laboratory animal species and generate integrated pathology reports.
• Interpret slides and write pathology reports with high quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with technicians, scientists and study directors across the company.
• Coordinate necropsy and histopathology activities and ensure timely reporting.
• Engage with clients and represent the company professionally at conferences and in communications.
