Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring a Utility Operator for an on-site role in Coldwater, OH. You will support manufacturing, shipping, and receiving by moving materials, loading/unloading, and operating saws to cut raw stock, with safety as a core value.

Schedule is Mon-Thu 5:00PM-3:00AM; training 7:00AM-5:00PM; weekly pay. Starting pay is $22.81 per hour. The role requires practical material handling, basic computer use for documentation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with forklift or lift truck operation preferred.
• Experience operating saws or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Mansioni

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport raw materials, machining turnings, work-in-process materials, and finished products.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper handling and placement.
• Operate saws and other designated equipment to cut raw stock according to established specifications.
• Support machining operations by ensuring materials and supplies are delivered to the appropriate locations.
• Maintain organized material storage areas and assist with keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Follow established safety procedures, operating instructions, and material-handling requirements.
• Inspect equipment before use and promptly report unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or material discrepancies.
• Perform other general manufacturing and material-handling duties as assigned.
