Job summary

John Deere in Florida is seeking an On-site Training Specialist to deliver world-class sales instruction for dealer partners, customers, and company employees across Ag, Turf, CCE, and Precision Ag products. This onsite role requires leveraging adult learning principles and collaborating with Curriculum Architects to develop and deliver effective content.

You will evaluate training impact, pursue self-development in Production Systems and technology, and work year-round in Florida.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with professional communication and presentation skills.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and other standard computer applications.
• 1+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training materials.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product or customer support focused positions.
• Thrives when working in a team environment.

Education
