Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Telehealth Facilitator to support the coordination, onboarding, and ongoing technical support of telemedicine services across the Eastern region. This on-site role requires you to help with program setup, provider alignment, and site communications.

You will handle scheduling, documentation, and scribe duties, with occasional regional travel and coverage for clinical coordinators and phlebotomists as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful CMA Course completion.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support telemedicine program launches, including intake review, provider alignment, site communication, technology setup, and workflow coordination.
• Provide ongoing technical support to sites using telemedicine services.
• Coordinate telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities.
• Create and distribute program communications according to established communication plans.
• Perform clinical support functions including scribing, clinical coordinator coverage, phlebotomy duties, and regional travel.
