Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Manager to join the Technical Accounting team in the CFO Advisory practice. This on-site role supports external public company reporting, including prep of SEC filings and MD&A, while leading accounting projects for clients ranging from startups to middle-market firms.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with SEC reporting under Reg S-X and S-K.
• Ability to manage and mentor teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external SEC financial statements and filings, including MD&A and footnotes.
• Oversee accounting research and documentation of new standards.
• Monitor FASB, IASB, SEC, PCAOB activities and assess impact on client statements.
• Coordinate with clients and auditors to collect inputs and review disclosures.
• Provide training and mentoring in public company reporting.
