Genesis AI in San Francisco is searching for a hands-on embedded engineer to maintain and troubleshoot robotics systems at customer sites. The role requires extensive fieldwork, diagnosing issues across hardware and software to ensure smooth operations.

Collection only counts when it is running. When a station goes down on our floor, a problem shows up at a partner site, or a customer hits a wall with Eno, you are who gets it working again, and who carries what you learned back to the people building the model.
This is the embedded engineer for the data engine. You will keep our floors, partner sites, and customer deployments running, resolve the issues that stop them, and own the loop between the field and the model, platform, and hardware teams. You will spend real time on customer sites, partnering with their teams to solve problems on the spot and spotting where we can help them next. You will help bring up new tasks and new sites, and turn what breaks into better specs and acceptance criteria. Hands-on, in the field, across sites.
