Job summary

QRC Group is seeking an on-site Planner in Cayey, Puerto Rico, to support supply chain and manufacturing planning, ensuring material availability and optimized inventory levels. You will work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to implement effective planning strategies aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and experience operating in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in planning or supply chain with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (medical device/pharma).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and inventory plans from forecasted demand.
• Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and production needs.
• Monitor planning parameters and optimize service levels and inventory performance.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for timely material availability.
• Identify supply risks, shortages, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse and Quality to resolve issues.
• Generate reports on inventory, demand, capacity and production performance.
• Support planning for product launches, engineering changes, and initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for planning and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
