Job summary

Motrex LLC is seeking a Commodity Specialist to secure recyclable lead raw materials and premium metals for our Alpharetta, GA facilities. You will negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate inbound material delivery to optimize inventory and plant uptime.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years in materials functions and a solid understanding of MRP processes, Excel reporting, and cross-department collaboration to meet volume and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in materials functions with at least some experience using an MRP system.
• Will consider new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate lead raw material and premium metal procurements and customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing to maximize margins.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities through strategic planning and analysis.
• Coordinate with transportation to ensure timely inbound material delivery.
