You will use hand and power tools, work with the fabrication and design teams to resolve fit issues, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and safe lifting techniques for stone or similar heavy materials.
• Knowledge of countertop installation practices, including leveling, securing, seam alignment, caulking, and finishing work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot fit and alignment issues on-site in coordination with the fabrication team.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including following company safety procedures and using personal protective equipment as required.
• Reliable transportation to the Chesterfield, MO facility and job sites; punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Prior experience in stone, construction, or carpentry installation is preferred; willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials with proper technique and assistance.
