Job summary

Turner Supply Company in West Point, GA is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead the on-site stockroom operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while keeping safety and customer service a priority.

You will supervise Stockroom Associates, drive inventory accuracy, coordinate with the Account Manager and branch leadership, and maintain organized, compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse/stockroom with supervisory experience.
• Strong inventory control and auditing skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stockroom Leads and Associates, provide training and performance feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and materials; ensure accuracy vs. orders.
• Manage replenishment and inventory levels; coordinate with Montgomery Branch or other supply locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies; maintain organized stockroom and operations.
