You will develop sourcing strategies, build a robust candidate pipeline, and work with CRM tooling to document activities and outcomes. A strong customer-service mindset and superb communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using platforms and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, including handling stressful situations diplomatically.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes.
• Interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to job assignments.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and database.
• Utilize CRM to manage the full vetting cycle and all activity.
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks.
• Develop creative sourcing plans via schools, colleges, and social channels.
• Meet staffing goals including time-to-fill and diversity objectives.
