Kreato Global is hiring On-Site Spanish Interpreters in Florida to provide accurate, in-person consecutive interpretation in medical environments. You will facilitate communication between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Spanish-speaking patients to ensure effective patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Resume submission required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Documentation of updated vaccinations as per location and policies.
• Drug test and background check completed.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Preferred: 1+ years interpreting experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of NCIHC/IMIA/CHIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides On-Site consecutive interpretation.
• Follows Kreato Global policies on confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA, and regulatory standards.
• Establishes quality service and positive interactions with patients and staff.
• Continuously improves vocabulary and subject matter knowledge.
