Job summary

Datanomix is seeking a full-time on-site Edge IoT Engineer in Nashua, NH to design, implement, and maintain data-driven edge solutions for manufacturing environments. You will capture machine and sensor data, build robust data pipelines, and deliver actionable insights to operators and managers.

You will work with Raspberry Pi devices, RESTful APIs, and cloud or on-prem deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Industrial IoT systems and edge device integration.
• Proficient in modern full-stack languages and frameworks.
• Hands-on Raspberry Pi and embedded Linux experience.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain edge IoT solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Develop full-stack applications and services for data capture and presentation.
• Integrate edge devices with cloud and on-premise systems.
• Build APIs and user interfaces to convert data into insights.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to capture operational requirements.
• Test, document, and improve edge and application architectures for scalability and resilience.
