Job summary

W. E. O’Neil Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver large, complex construction projects in the San Fernando Valley.

You will be on-site daily, mentoring Project Managers and Engineers while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance from preconstruction through closeout. You will report to the Project Director or VP of Operations and coordinate with clients, consultants, and trade partners, driving constructability and risk mitigation through VDC/BIM

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction with large or complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion project safety, quality, scheduling, and risk management across assigned projects.
• Maintain accountability for forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Lead administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project agreements.
